? 1775 : war of independance.
? 1791 : The 2nd Amendment was passed (droit de porter une arme).
? 1836 : Samuel Colt invented the 1st weapon.
? 1861 ? 1865 : The Civil war won by the Nortg and the slaves became free (le Nord veut abolir l’esclavage mais pas le Sud.
? 1871 : The KKK was formed and became illegal terrorist organisation and then the NRA was founded.
? 1955 : Rosa parks refused to move to the back of a bus. (morte le 24 octobre 2005)
? 60’s : Black people began demanding their rights
? The pilgrims of U.K. went to the New World because they was afraid of being persecuted.
? They killed the Indians because they saw them as savaged and that scared the pilgrims.
? They passed the Second Amendment because they didn’t feel safe and they felt they needed guns.
? The pilgrims was afraid of dying (= of beeing killed) becausr the slaves was free in 1865.
? The white (= WASP) fled (= escaped) to live in all-white suburbs because the blacks was demanding their rights and the white got frightened.
=> The common factor for everything that happened is the fear.
